Gli standard Swiss Made cambiavano nel tempo e non erano sempre stati definiti dalla legge. Nel 1971 Swiss Made è diventato un marchio registrato, definendo gli standard di un orologio Swiss Made. Per questo motivo il nostro primo orologio automatico realizzato in Svizzera porta il nome 1971 AUTOMATIC.

I virtually never write reviews for products, but in this case I feel moved to because I am so in live with this watch. My friend told me about the brand “About Vintage” and I looked through their watches and loved the look of the 1971 Gold/Night Blue. It was multiples higher than I have ever spent on a watch & completely worth it. It is far more beautiful in person than on the website - the shape, the gold hands on the deep blue, truly a work of art. I have worn a watch my entire adult life, but having a piece of art on my wrist is different. I will turn to look at the time & take a few moments to appreciate the artistry. I give it my highest recommendation - more stunning in person than you can tell from the pictures.
The 1971 is even better in person, on the wrist. It has a clean design, understated but substantial at the same time. The watch strap are so easy to switch, my biggest problem is deciding which strap to wear. We’ll done, About Vintage!

Great timepiece for the price point. Would recommend to anyone however the straps are not of the same standard and let the side down. A little bit of investment in better quality straps will pay off in the future. Overall 8/10.
