Quality Product

I received the watch very quickly within a couple of days. The wrong size bracelet was inadvertently sent, but I received a replacement free of charge 2 days later. Excellent customer service and a good quality product!

Nice look, poor quality

I love the look of the rose gold mesh band, but I am quite disappointed with the quality of the piece. The mechanism to adjust the size of the bracelet to your wrist doesn't hold in place, so I'm stuck having to adjust the bracelet several times a day. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this product to others.
